The right product for you now may not be the right product in one, two or five years’ time. Therefore we do the hard work for you and continually review your choices to make sure you are always getting the best deal for you – leaving you time to do the more important things in life.
At My Finance Friend we won’t pester you every week or bombard you with emails and unnecessary texts. We do however want you to know that we are there always on the lookout for you. So, you’re on our Christmas card list but we will also give you a call every now and again when a better product comes along or just to check everything is ok – all we ask is that we get a warm welcome!
We also pride ourselves on referral business and this is the back bone of what we do – so please help us by growing our network of friends far and wide through recommendation.
My Story
By Managing Director, Mark Laban
As a director for one of the major high street banks, I became disillusioned with the sales practices and ethics involved in financial advice. In addition, the personal touch is something that is talked about by many but achieved by few. The market today still places too much emphasis on targets and commissions which does not put the customer at the heart of what is needed. Quite simply, people need professional, consistent and clear advice where the focus is truly on them and not on the products for sale.
You can choose how we get in touch – it’s fine if you want to be left alone – just let us know in our client agreement! We’d really welcome having you on our Christmas card list though and so that we can get in touch when a better product comes along.
At My Finance Friend we know that the very best financial advice given is the unbiased and honest advice for our friends and family at home or in the pub. This is the very essence our company – good, honest and straightforward advice.
